I think I know basically all the basics of photography. I can confidently shoot in manual and do if I ever shoot an event. However, it took me over 2 years to understand all these things WITH watching videos. Some people think that it's so simple, it's not, and you're really not going to be more successful finding tutorials to match all this content. Following a photographer on a shoot like you can with this video is priceless information. If I had seen this a couple years ago, I would've bought this for sure. Thanks for providing us with the content Jared!

Everyone's a critic. He took the time out of several days and probably weeks to put this together to help the community. He did not have to do this. He makes a living just like you and I and this is the way he does it and does it extremely well. Who knows what random YouTuber information you may stumble upon. At least with this purchase you are buying credibility as well as supplementary content to the ton of videos he's put out already. And please, point me in the direction of someone who has put out 3 hours of technical information who doesn't put you to sleep? I'll wait. He's passionate about this stuff and genuinely teaches with enthusiasm, nothing fake here. I appreciate that (Dj Khaled would approve). Will be purchasing when I buy my first DSLR.

Does the digital download Include the data disc? Or do I have to buy the dvd version?

Are there any hair care tips in the guide? Seriously considering a purchase if so. Love what you do for photographers Jared! Do more rapid fire critiques!

would there be an affiliate program coming in the future sending people to buy the dvds or other stuff? I'd like to help promote it.

Hello Jared, I'd first like to start off by saying thank you for all your your videos, they are all very well explained and appreciated on m behalf. Out of curiosity, does your book/video explain how to get proper exposure when using a speedlight. Or even if you're willing to help me by answering my question. I commonly use the exposure meter on my d3300 to initially get the proper exposure while in Manual mode, but I would like to know how to compensate each when using the speedlight, currently working with a nikon sb700.

I own a D3200 and I always use auto. I never understood why should I move to manual when the auto it's doing the right job for me (or at least I can't see the difference).

I am not a photographer but I would like to know why should I use manual. What are the benefits? Thanks

I think this guide is only for you if you don't understand the principles of aperture, ISO and shutterspeed yet. If you DO understand these you should save some money. But if not... It is very helpful!

I've recently gotten into photography and learning alot with your videos....but I noticed you tend to favor Nikon. Any chance of a real world review of the Canon T6i?
Thanks, your the best.
