Schöner deutscher Akzent :-) Ich frage mich, ob es für mich als End-User rechtliche Schwierigkeiten geben kann, wenn ich eine kostenlose Software nutze (z.B. Gimp als Photoshopersatz). Z. B. wenn ich als Berufsphotograf Bilder manipuliere und diese dann als JPG exportiere, um diese zu verkaufen. Wäre meine Nutzung der Bildbearbeitungssoftware GIMP illegal, wenn z. B. patentierte Prozesse oder Dateiformate mit der Software zum Einsatz kommen, welche die Software gar nicht nutzen dürfte? Oder sind die Softwareprozesse in diesem Zusammenhang eh kein geistiges Eigentum, weil es unpatentierbare mathematische Formeln sind?
