2023-2024 Rossignol Sender Free 110 Review | Powder7

If you’ve hung around skiing for a minute, you know Rossignol has played a major role in the history of freeride/powder skis. Remember names like S7, S3, Soul 7, and Super 7? Although certain ‘S’ skis left different legacies in different circles, no one can deny their popularity or the reverence so many skiers felt for them.

The Black Ops collection and the Sender collections replaced the S lines. And now for 2023-2024, Rossignol rolls out its latest freeride flagship: the Sender Free 110.

Fantastic review! Compared to some of your competitors who mostly test their skis on green runs (maybe the occasional Blue), you showed what it is like in the real world of the steep and deep. Nice!

Hi again. Re mount point, if I’m 183 and got the 184 length would there be enough ski in front at the rec point or am I best to drop it back 2.5 or 3mm? I’m no freeride specialist. Unlikely to be get much air …intentionally..more an all mountain user. Always think rec point is best use of a ski though!! Cheers Nick.

If you had to decide between the Atris and Sender Free 110 for a daily driver in CO, which would you choose? Totally get that they aren’t apple to apples, but for all mountain use (15% groomers, 25% bumps and the rest off piste) which would be your go to? Thanks!

Awesome review! I was wondering if u could help me decide wether I buy these since a friend is selling them with little use for 600 USD (without bindings). The thing is I've never skied with wider powder skis, the ones I currently have are the Elan 76C which I understand aren't at all like these skis. If u could help me understand if its a good decision to make the leap right on to the sender frees that would be great. Thank u! Btw I live in Chile idk if that's relevant.
