Dude, I say this, not to criticize but to inform.

Its, DEbuff, not deBUFF.

DEbuff is the noun (thing).
deBUFF is the verb (action).

Example:
Rangers received a DEbuff (thing).
Priests uses skills to deBUFF (action) the enemy.
