I found that hitting the little pieces with a lighter then pushing them back works better

Awesome! I was able to zero-gap my Kemei 5027 (Renpho) and now it's perfect! Still fast and gentle to the skin, but I can use it as a shaver now! lol

i have 2 trimmers like this the first run at 7000rpm speed my second run at 6300rpm speed.why is not all the same if is the same clipper

Better if you make a sound and RPM test BEFORE THE Adjustment so we will know if there is a change in sound if it gets louder or what... it should be perfect but its all good btw

Hello, have you done any test for zero gapping Remington PG series trimmers, currently using PG6000 and It is set 0, 5mm and looks like is not zero gap-able :(
