3 years later I am still confused why i can sometimes hear this taunt from all the way across maps and even hear it after the scout has long finished it

Im pretty sure someone is gonna make a video about the whole team in a band

It would be cool if the scout removed his hat quickly( to avoid any obvious clipping) and then placed it on the floor next to him and the taunt was a participation taunt so that players could throw money into the hat.
