What caused a snowmobile engine to seize

My 01 summit had a lean condition that burnt out the mag side, after tearing it apart I found the jets were clogged, intake boot was ripped, slight air leak in mag side crank seal, and there was a hole in the Y-pipe (that one shouldn't really cause a lean condition) I put it all together but noticed my oil pump throttle lever wouldn't snap back into place so I made the mistake of turning it one turn backward like people said online, and I guess that made the oil pump quit working, and it started scoring the cylinder walls immediately because of that. Ran it 3 times and realized it sounded weird, checked it out and the cylinders and pistons are just scored all to sh*t ahaha dang
