Sad to miss the live on this topic. I have an unpopular opinion. I don’t shop Sephora anymore. I feel like there are too many brands and for many years I had fomo if I didn’t try the trending items. Now I realize I only have one face. I decided to choose Ulta over Sephora because they have drugstore and a better point system. I also buy from indie brands.

37:37 if you feel the same way about the rare beauty liquid blush, you NEED to try the profusion liquid blush. So inexpensive and they are so easy to work with. It’s the easiest non-powder blush formula I’ve ever tried.

7:45 wow i didnt jnow that. Idk if its the same thing but i get like cyst or abcess type things on the front of my private area (i guess its called the "mound"? Idk lol) and im only 30 so thats kind of concerning if its the same thing.... Idk what else it could be because its not bites or anything cuz theyre pretty much constantly there. Just luckily its not where i can sit on it or anything so its not TOO bothersome

I'm 43 and got a couple of those labial cysts last year, then some more popped up after my hysterectomy 6 months ago, making me freak out and worry that I wasn't keeping clean enough [getting infected was a *huge* fear!]. But hearing from you and other commenters that it's A Thing is very reassuring! 😅 I have acne and dermatillomania, so I always follow my safe lancing and expressing protocol, wash thoroughly, sanitise with skin-safe hypochlorous acid spray [does not sting at all!], then cover the wound with vaseline. With all that, it's gone in 2 days. 👍 I realised that I only get them when my husband and I are having some physical downtime, so I suppose that the area isn't getting it's usual... exfoliation ...thus the pores get clogged more easily. 😬

There are some products for the bikini area like Tend Skin and PFB roll on designed to prevent ingrowns. I think they have the same acids, so it makes sense the aha/bha would work!

I already bought some items I wanted that usually sell out during the sale. I got the Sephora Favorites perfume bags and the Hourglass face palette. I love both of them! 😍 I’ll get some Christmas gifts when the sale starts.

I’m 47 and recently started getting the cysts in the area you described. Aging sucks! Thanks for sharing your tip. I’ve used the pimple patches when I get one and those have actually helped a lot.

This is really random information lol but I was curious so I looked into it and I thought I might as well share: when it comes to affiliate links, if you’re shopping on your phone and it opens in an app, often the creator won’t get their sales commission, however Sephora has enabled their app to track affiliate links so if you’re like me and prefer to shop that way, it’s nice to know that the creator will still get credit for the sale!
