Also, for anyone who may not know: if someone makes multiple hand signs in quick succession, this may be an indicator of someone pulling off what many know to be a “ninjutsu”

In my criminal minds phase, I wanted to become a profiler for the FBI. So iv'e read all of Joe's books and literary became a different person, in my day to day life. Seeming more confident and in control people treat you differently, but always staying humble in your ways of commanding respect. Thank you for this.

Very accurate! I find myself doing these things and recalling that that was indeed what I was feeling, and the reason why I was doing that. It makes a lot of sense now.

Sometimes I recall myself doing this, but I see this stuff happen especially in movies when the actors are said to be acting well. I think that people will notice these miniscule movements all the time and know instinctively and, to a certain degree, know what people are trying to convey better.

Some of them I can agree, some of them are straight up your assumption. Have you ever travelled different nation, when you travel from colder to warmer climate, you unconsciously will rub your palm due to sweating. Nothing to do with your confidence level or so, does that mean you have insecurities? This is just one sample example.
I understand the situation is presented as while interacting with someone but some interactions become habit due to environmental troubles.
