I still remember how a friend pointed out that Cole beat Alex by literally being a good person, and fueled his Karmic Overdrive

He saves the last passenger of the chopper, he tries his best to protect any remaining civilians in the building by using an ability that specifically cannot harm civilians and he refused to partner with Alex (like a karmic choice in the Infamous games)

Rule of three and he fuels his Karmic Overload to destroy Alex's armor then use Thunder Drop _while_ holding onto Alex
