This is a common straw man of science. Science has nothing to do with it.
"Material/non-material" is a semantic distinction with no practical difference. "Non-material" is _exclusively_ negatively defined. So it's most likely a syntax error.
Science is basically logic and empiricism. If a concept doesn't even make it through the "logic" part, you've ruled it out with coherent reasoning.

This video was full of concepts about time that I never really considered but they make a lot of sense. All I can say is that I wish that I played with a chemistry set when I was a child so that I could make those time crystals.

Time is relative, means the rate of change of time is not same for every frame of reference. Two people sitting in two other frames of reference can measure different rate of time, i.e. one's clocks can tick faster than others or vice-versa.
