After the latest patch, early access to Pripyat was fixed. In this video, I will show you how to get to Pripyat early after the patch in Stalker 2.

You dont need to jump back over by the sniper to get back. Once you cross into Pripyat, it automatically opens the path behind Yaniv station allowing you to come and go as you please. 🤙🏼

If you head back to yaniv station from the Jupiter side it’s much safer and easier to get over the fence. Also, friends, I implore you to make contact with the one friendly base in prypiat, you’ll be able to fast travel there afterwards.

2nd Method still working as of 1/05/25. It's a bit hard at first, but you have to hit the left side just right to stand up on it, make a save, then move forward slightly and jump (just like in the video).

If you go the the guid in prypiat ypu can tp out and now use put side guids to tp back it

Nice! Used the box trick yesterday. But at another location. Did not know about the sniper... Guess I got lucky! Went to Pripyat to unlock the guide and now I´m going for the sniper silencer then back to main missions and exploring.

You can also hop on the rail of the stair, where the sniper is. And sprint jump over the fence to return

There has been no closure of any known routes into Pripyat after the patches so far as I can see. I'm still able to use the far left crossing where the chemical poltergeist and chemical anomaly is located to jump the rail cars and can easily jump back inside over the fence gap at Yaniv station itself.

edit: just tried this on the 27th Dec after all patches, fresh new game started and worked as normal and is by far the easiest method of them all. Can still cross back over at the entrance to Yaniv as well.

I got there, used a box then jumped on the train car and the first couple times the sniper got me but i crouched and the coast was clear and i scoped in on him, he's in that small 2 story building lookout and i shot him but once i got past that i did have a possy after me, 3 guys i think...i crouched down and shot em all then i marked the settlement location and made my way its a bit tricky...there's a lot of blocked off streets and i had to fight 5 or 6 wolf dogs and a few more enemies but i finally made it to the outpost in that big building so its doable just take out the sniper cause he's gonna get you in one shot.

The second one stills work, got the right spot between the train cars in 3 attempts (didn't tried the first one but it probably works too). Honestly why is GSC trying to patch these methods? STALKER is LITERALLY about doing this sort of thing. By putting things to be unlocked by completing missions the gameplay becomes boring af. Anyway nice video bud.

Easiest way to get back and forth is just go to the base in north Pripyat and unlock the fast travel guide.

Brilliant cheers for the video mate. I notice a lot of people experience a "Boss/Legendary" sniper in that tower. I found jumping on top of the cart spawned him, then I jumped back down and one headshot took him out. So unsure if his supposed extreme health only kicks in when you land on the Jupiter side of the fence?

I managed to do the fence hop on top of boxcar as of 29 Dec 2024.
