I believe a guy instanced 3k processes to actually demonstrate that as long as they're idle, low priority processes it barely affected performance if at all.
What matters really, is what kind of processes you're running, consistent cpu/gpu temps so it doesn't drop to compensate for overheating, a clean OS such as Atlas or ReviOS and lastly storing both the game and the OS if possible in SSD with 25% available space. M2 NVME 1.4 with cache would be ideal.

To actually increase performance and lower latency, takes a bit more dedication as you have to benchmark for hours with OC, IRQ8 Priorities, Windows Priority Separation, Data Queue Sizes for M&K and so much more. Tho they make such an unnoticeable difference that all of that shi might be in the realm of "actual BS".

If ur running an Athlon dont expect a lot. That aside, simple but effective tweaks for the not so tech savvy users.

Regarding the power consumption, it's really important for the computer, I recommend not changing to the ultimate performance and leaving it in power consumption I have 20 ping and 240 fps so I'm still in power consumption

hey nice tweaks, but do you know why when I play after 10-30 minutes my fps drops immediately, when I lower the graphics the fps goes up but not much
