The subject of Pakistanis voting in a Pakistan election is ridiculous at the outset. Why? Because, there are fundamental problems on a societal level, economic level, educational level and those problem are only worsened with the constitutional level problem that have persisted ever since the birth of the country. One can discuss the voting aspirations of the Pakistani diaspora as much as they want, but not focusing on the fundamental problem only defeats attempts to resolve any other challenges.

It is the fundamental right of every individual on earth to participate in the political process of his/her country. Different countries have adopted another method of participation of their citizen in it. As I said, it is a fundamental right of human beings that can not be denied.

Here, we must consider making it transparent and effectively involve citizens living aboard.
There are two categories of Pakistani citizens living aboard.

First those living in the autocratic, authoritarian countries in the middle east, and the second one is the most advanced democratic countries in the West.
Those living in Middle east countries are a citizen of Pakistan, whereas those who live in western countries have two nationalities. This category has the right to participate in the democratic process, and relative countries look after their fundamental right like their own fellow citizens.

But the first category of citizens is the most neglected creature. One must consider those living and working in the Middle east.

They send their whole earing to their country whereas those living in western countries live with their families.

These dual nationalities have no Health, education, or social security problems. They only issue that their properties in Pakistan are not saved.

Whereas those who are working in the middle east, No facilities for their children and have no education, health, or social security. These workers are the most negative and deprived segment of Pakistani society.

When we compare the remittance between western countries in Pakistani with the Middle East, then we find a significant difference. From Saudi Arabia to 7.5 billion, UAE 5.5 Billion, UK 3.5 billion, and the rest from different countries of the world.

Second, the Pakistani Military, civil bureaucracy, people in business, politicians, and print and electronic media personalities are habitual visitors of Western countries.

The dual nationality Pakistan has no problem because habitual visitors can solve their problems with one phone call.

We must be fair with Pakistani living and working in the Middle east. It is my suggestion. There should be an 80 and 20 % ratio between Middle east workers and Western countries' dual nationality residents.

Living in the West with all facilities and working in the Middle East must be differentiated.
Rich, wealthy, and living with all luxuries can not represent the poor and deprived section of society.
