Jason should not have answered for you. That's bad on his part. It's your party, not his. He can't call the shots and answer for you unless Lexi is just such an entitled biscuit that she won't listen to you when it's your party. Honestly, just tell Jason to not say anything, and if Lexi dared to try saying anything anymore, or tried forcing her way into the party, you have every right to call the police to say that someone was breaking in and entering without permission of the owner of the house (I'm assuming this was a house party. If not, you still had every right to tell her that she is not welcome and that she was not invited for a reason. And if she keeps insisting, start taking a video and say you'll post it if she doesn't stop. Sometimes, blackmail is the only way to stop entitled biscuits like that.)

the reason why i hate "pick me persons" i have this classmate and i was sure he was the biggest pick me boy in my class he was in my row just 1 seat away from me. he would usualy ask "whats that", can i see that?" and also borrow my notes becuz he cant see well, so when i finish my notes i imidietly pass my notes to my other friend and he would never give back my notes. and when i was going home i was talking to my friend abt our secret stuff and he woul have the audaccity to shook his face litiraly so close and started aking questions abt our secret sruff i diddn't know what to do so i just said false info abt our convo. and i was with my mom at that time and my mind was like "ugh! why does he have to know me!?!?!

I remember having to deal with a pick me girl when I was in 6th grade, lets call her Ashl. She would fake injuries using lip tint and make up to get the attention of others especially the guy most girls liked(Let's call him Ry). Her 'friends' would act like Ash was really hurt and take her to the clinic. The clinic nurse didn't really want to argue with Ash so she just went with it. Ash was trying to impress Ry, which btw was the ex of her ex-bff. Yes, when we were in 6th grade, most of us were already in a relationship, which was kind sus and disturbing in my point. Anyways, fast forward a few weeks and months. Ash, Ry, Andrea, Bia and Ate Gracian were all sent to the Prefect of Discipline to get lectured for their behaviour. What happened was when Andrea found out that Ash was trying to impress her (Andrea's) ex boyfriend she got upset and told ate Gracian. Ate Gracian was basically about 1-3 years older than me, so we really showed her respect, she was kind and smart. Ate Gracian was also a friend of Bia. Bia was also Ry's ex in the past (I don't wanna talk about their past). So when Ate Gracian confronted Ashley, Bia got in on the action and they all had a huge fight. 3 weeks later, Ash, Ry, Andrea, Bia and Ate Gracian's Parents got called in for a 'talk'. Bia got scolded by her mom, and she changed her attitude after that. Ash became more aware of her behaviour, but none the less she didn't change. Ate Gracian, nothing really happened to her except her parents had to talk to her. As for Ry (The 'hearthrob') his parents were called and they weren't so happy about it. He moved schools after finishing 6th grade.
