Well, enjoyed the presentation (mostly the part covered by Chris), lots to takeaway. [The other speaker was mostly sounding like a News reporter !, No offence meant] .

A subtle observation, at t=22:00, it looks like running smaller lambda’s is more expensive which contradicts the best practice mentioned at t=11:10 i.e. breaking one big lambda to many micro lambdas !!
