I'm sad for the church does not know we need the Holy Spirit AND the Bible, for the Bible tells us so. When Jesus finished His work He sent the Holy Spirit. Who knows the mind of God except His own Spirit (1 Cor 2:11). Paul says, you can give the devil a foothold. I grew up in deliverance ministry. Thank God for the freedoms I learned young. Deliverance ministry can get out of hand quick if you start moving out of your own flesh, but it is indeed real and necessary. I don't quite agree with Tiphani's approach, but Deliverance is necessary. Sin after being saved can be an open door. We see a lot of leaders who started off well, but persisted in the wrong direction. They NEED repentance and often deliverance. There are things our understanding limits because it has not been experienced. But it's real.
