The 180 rule is not set in stone, 1/120 will give you a sharper image, 1/60 will give you more motion blur, it's a preference thing. And the flat colour profile actually has less information for post processing than contrast at low and saturation medium.

I purchased this camera for use on my model railroad for layout tours with the camera mounted on a flat car at the head of a train. All videos will be indoors with good lighting. Do you have any thoughts on what camera settings would be best to start out with? Thanks. Andy K.

Good stuff. I'm looking at buying a new action cam. I was sold on the Insta 360 Go 2 last year and I don't regret buying it (now that i took it snorkeling a year later in Thailand) but I simply hate flying it on my quads. it's jittery, the quality is low in post production it's interface isn't user friendly, much less intuitive, and I'm terrified to break it because it cost so bloody much! sigh...
It is great for under water though.
