The Farmer's Dog Review | Fresh Food Delivery | My First Box Was Busted

I ordered my first Fresh Ingredients dog food from The Farmer's Dog company and the box was delivered wet and busted open - my dog has allergies and this variety pack will hopefully help but if this is how I will receive the food ????

That's the delivery guys fault not farmer's dog for busted box. My delivery food was melted no good, they gave me a brand new box. Yours is still good & frozen

Our lab had the same allergies. We stopped getting her vaccinations and it was never a problem again.

I can tell you this if ups delivered that that’s on ups I worked there in loading trucks and I saw other co workers stepping on boxes to get others one time it was a fragile box and he said if I broke it ups will replace

Chicken allergies? Wouldn't turkey have the same effect? Wondering if turkey isn't an option for my guy cause he has allergies to chicken.

I have used Farmers Dog for several years and my dogs luv luv luv it and my order has NEVER come like that …

Ive been watching several videos on The Farmers Dog to see if I want to switch to it. Why cant people read directions? You are supposed to SLOWLY switch over to a new dog food to keep dogs from getting digestive upsets.

Def the delivery people’s fault. I’ve been using Farmer’s Dog for almost a year, and I’ve never had a box come like this. Also the dry ice is meant to disappear. It says on the instructions “IF there is still dry ice in the bag, don’t touch it.”

At least they are still frozen, my first box was delayed and all wet and not cold at all. I had to throw it out

The packaging is not the fault of the provider. Our packages go through the wringer in shipment. If shipping is anything like my days at ups in the 90s your box looks good lol

You stated your dog is 100 lbs. Is half a bag enough? Or dog you increase gradually. Seems not enough for the size of your dog

A little late her but I am a warehouse manager and deal with filing Claims for Trucklines and UPS and that there is the crap services you get with UPS. Fedex isn't any better.

Anyways it isn't Farmers Dogs fault on that. Looks like a double wall box only thos betternis a Triple wall and that would would rais shipping cost of that box up 60%. So and extra 7 bucks.

I am a lot late to comment. I have looked at the Farmers dog food and it seems to me doesn’t look like raw dog food. I have feeding my dog for 5 years a company called Wefeedraw. This is real raw food for dogs. I have a 50lb Staffordshire bull terrier. I feed him 1 lb of meat and one raw egg day. I get 30lb set a month I 9:06 5lb block of Turkey and Beef. And cut a bag 1 lb packs. It’s also come custom packs for your dog.

I would guess the dry ice packs were in the empty tray. If I had a bigger freezer I would definitely try this.

My Ciro Solomon. The name of my company is CPS Business Products Inc. I produce the food label & produce some of their boxes. Can you tell me the name in the circle on the bottom of the box? I thought TFD ships FedEx?
