Hey Xueming Great Video!, i have a doubt mate, like 4 months ago, i took once the toaster oven from my kitchen and placed to another room to reflow a LED on a copper board, i don't have liquid solder so i used that wire of solder and not flux just solder paste, okay i didn't reflow inside the toaster oven, i did it in the top outside, when pressing the LED to sit as close as possible solder blobs came out and sat on the top outside of my oven, I took a cotton wool to catch those blobs of solder and after that i took another 2 cotton wools to clean any excess, do you think i'm in troubles? i've been using it in my kitchen since that.

A convection toaster oven with manual controls is an excellent idea. Did you put the k-type thermocouple inside the oven without damaging the insulation?
