As someone who suffers from ADHD, Copilot is a Godsend. Anyone who suffers from ADHD knows how hard it is to focus reading long manuals. With Copilot, I developed the strategy of sending my documents to Copilot and having it give me the key points, highlights and action items. I used it not to long ago to scan a long and rambling video with instructions on how to use a piece of software. In about 5 minutes, Copilot scanned the video and perfectly created a document for me with the order of operation in a step-by-step list.

Good video, Kevin! But I think you need to make it more clear that Copilot can only be used in Microsoft 365. You cannot use it on your Microsoft programs on the computer like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook, etc. Does Microsoft have any things similar to Google notebook LLM?

This is worth the money. It's like a $1/day. However, the video glosses over an issue it shows around the 13:00 minute mark, but doesn’t mention. The chat isn't always the most responsive or frequently sends back inaccurate info when you ask more complex questions

I used your tip 1 to summarize this video and it worked per perfectly with timestamps, but fast forward one day and now when I do the same thing it only gives me a tiny summary with no timestamps.
