Downey has a few good players. Put them in a decent system and they'd have a lot more success. Really not impressed by Julian though. He's a decent basketball player, but he doesn't do a lot to contribute to his teammates. Efficiency is important, and it's tough to be an efficient scoring threat with just his jumper.
