SNES Final Fantasy 3 Video Walkthrough 1/4

This is the first of four videos in the walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough of the SNES game Final Fantasy 3, which is actually Final Fantasy 6.

This video goes from the start of the game up to after the party leaves from Zozo. I did these videos based on memory. I've played it enough times back in the day, I'm pretty sure I've gotten most things down pat...I think....

There might be one tiny bit of grinding in this video that lasts about a minute or two, but it's hardly worth even mentioning.

FYI, I do use the alternate method of doing Sabin's blitzes, which makes him a whole lot more useful than usual.....

I remember playing this game with my older brother when it came out. We were blown away by the amazing graphics at the time, heck they still look good even now. This has to be my personal favorite Final Fantasy game. The story, characters, world-building, gameplay, and music are just so unforgettable.

By far the best FF to date. This was actually the first RPG I ever played, which led me to Super Mario RPG, and made me fall in love with the genre. It'll always have a special place in my heart.

I’ve watched this series of videos many times, as I loved this game so much when I was younger. It popped into my mind recently so I am back to watch and saw it’s close to the anniversary of your son Jeremy’s passing. @Oozycoaster This is actually the sixth Final Fantasy game. This was the third FF game to come to the states, the first being FF1, and the second being FF4 (which for the US release was called FF2). Of course, since they've all been released in the states in the recent years, they've been given their correct names.

I remember back in the day, watching his videos. This was one of them. RIP Jeremy. Thank you for allowing me to relive my younger days. This game is a Legendary game and the most sought out besides Chrono Trigger. Not the PLAYSTATION but the SNES version. Thank you for allowing this to stay up. Sorry for your loss 2 years (almost) ago. I absolutely love this game for the Story (which mirrored what was happening back then in a symbolic way) and the Music is the best. Uematsu has had some great ones but this by far is the best music of all the games.Only exception is OWA from FF VII. Kefka's Dancing Mad is up there too. Kefka is my favorite evil villain.

this was such a legendary game...they put so much effort into making it so vast and expansive. from the wicked theme music to the various characters/attack ranges. i especially love how when you rescue the young kid and you are going through the water stage of the game, how he has so many different attacks, its like they set up one side character with 30+ different attack styles, talk about a classy game make

I absolutely love this game. The only thing I don't like about it is when you're on the map exploring and you can't even take five steps without it zooming you into battle. Irritates the hell outta me.

You missed saying "No" to Bannon 3 times for the free Genji Glove. I remember I was the only kid at my school to figure that one out. Made me feel special.

The reason why this was called III back in America was because Final Fantasy II (NES), III (NES) and V (SNES) were never released outside of Japan at that time. Which was why there was only
Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy II (IV)
Final Fantasy III (VI)
in America.
