But what if the govt/RBI print extra money in limited quantity and not disclose it to public and use that extra money for only some basic economy functions like paying govt debt, fiscal balance. This way nobody will ever know and even inflation will also be under control. Even if inflation increase it will be very minimal. Also govt can regulate price of many commodities to keep check on atleast food/retail inflation.

Agreed that distributing money within the country will increase inflation but what if the govt purchase dollars from USA by printing more money and using those dollars, buy more oil. Will it not bring down all the prices in India and thus people purchase more goods at cheaper rate.
