I know this concept.. government cannot print more money, Bcs money is just a paper.. what really makes it money are the resources present in one country. For example - suppose a country have 10 kg of wheat so that country can only print money equal to price of 10 kg wheat.
This can be tough to understand for some as I am on text, but nitish will explain it! :)

Basic law of Economics: Higher the demand of something -> Higher the cost of it.

It is like giving everyone money, so it does not reduce inflation. E.g.: Cost of Hype.
