You could try Genki for leaning Japanese. I use it in my Japanese language class and I’m majoring in Japanese. There’s two volumes. The first volume is orange and the second volume is green. Both texts also have a companion workbook with CDs. They are expensive, but Genki does a good job at being thorough. がんばろう。

I haven't read Sixth of Crows but I took the quiz anyway and got Kaz. Also, I started writing one of my stories yesterday and got frustrated because I couldn't get what I see in my head written in words so I stopped and went back to reading Death Note lol. I haven't given up, though, and will try again later.
