Harj Taggar is the CEO of Triplebyte, a company reinventing the way engineers are hired. Harj was previously a partner at Y Combinator where he worked on scaling the program from 30 companies per cycle to over 100. Prior to that, he was the founder of YC funded Auctomatic, acquired by Live Current Media. He was also the first seed investor in a number of unicorns including Instacart and Zenefits.
Alda Leu Dennis (moderator) is a Partner at Initialized Capital which has backed Coinbase, Reddit, Instacart, Cruise, and Opendoor amongst dozens of successes. Alda comes with a decade of investing experience from leading investments in Wish, Coupang, CourseHero, and Work Market (acquired by ADP) at 137 Ventures as well as personal early-stage investments in successes such as Legalzoom (acquired by Permira) and SpaceX. Previously she was COO at Airtime, General Counsel at Founders Fund, Assistant General Counsel at Peter Thiel’s Clarium Capital Management, and practiced as a litigator for IP disputes at WSGR.
