Just a couple constructive criticisms.
Winterfell has 2 curtain walls not 1.
The heart tree is a bit bigger than the rest because of how ancient it is.
It's surrounded by three large ponds, two of them hotsprings.

There is a greenhouse.

There is a separate library building and an older keep with a collapsed roof.
There's also wintertown. A seasonally inhabited small town on the outskirts of winterfell.

I think one of the more interesting places you could do to challenge yourself is a place like harrenhal. The burned down ruins of a great melted keep would be interesting to see the creation of. This build was excellently crafted!
