Potato Cheese Bread, Soft and Fluffy , Easy Recipe, Potato Pancake, Cheese Bun [No Oven] [ASMR]

Ingredients
Dough
- 300g flour (2½ cups)
- 5g instant dry yeast (½ tbsp)
- 30g sugar (3 tbsp)
- 3g salt (½ tsp)
- 120ml warm milk (½ cup)
- 1 egg
- 40g butter (3 tbsp)

Filling
- 200g potato (1 medium size)
- 120g mozzarella cheese (1 cups)
- 3g salt (½ tsp)

How to cook
- Take the flour into the mixing bowl
- Add lukewarm milk, sugar, instant yeast, egg and salt to the bowl and mix the dough with a spatula and knead it.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Uncover the dough that has doubled in size and take its air out.
- Put the dough on the counter and divide it into 8 equal parts.
- Make each piece round, cover them and rise for 30 min.
- Peel the potato and slice it.
- Put in boiling water and cook until soft.
- Grate the boiled potatoes with a sieve.
- Then add the grated cheese and salt to potatoes and mix.
- Start roll out the dough. (about half a cm thick, an average of 10 cm wide)
- Put the potato mixture in it and close the dough well.
- Cover them and rise for 15 min.
- Put a non-stick pan on the stove and heat it on medium low.
- Place it in the pan, turn the heat low, cover the pan and cook about 5-6 min, turn the other side when buns get colored.
- When both sides get color, take it out of the pan and it is ready to serve.
