Ingredients:
• 1 medium potato
• 2 tsp mayonnaise
• 150g bread flour
• 60g milk
• 10g melted butter
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potato in a pot of water until it's soft, then drain the water and mash the potato. Add 2 tsp of mayonnaise and mix well.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, milk, melted butter, and salt. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Leave it to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
4. Roll out the dough on a surface until it's about 22 cm in diameter. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on the center. Add the mashed potato on top of the cheese, then add more cheese. Close the dough to make a ball.
5. Roll out to make it thinner.
6. Preheat a pan over medium heat and butter it.
