HOA shouldn’t exist. I get that communities want to maintain property value, but nobody should be able to dictate what you do with YOUR property! The fact that they can literally EVICT you from your own property makes me just absolutely disgusted. HOA is unconstitutional. PERIOD.

I personally have never had a issue with HOA(I own my condo)...they definitely fix stuff up nice, and neighborhoods look beautiful! I can usually tell which areas dont practice hoa or good maintance by how trashy stuff gets, broken blinds, non cut grass, broken down cars, i could go on..now what i do wish is that they would vet tenants who move in and make owners lifes hell! We are dealing with a loud nuisance neigbbor now who rents and doesnt own...im sure the owner did NOT explain anything, i suspect its a family member "hooking them up"🤢🤦🏾‍♀️😒🙄
