(serves 4)
Ingredients
400g Ground Turkey Meat
100g Grated Parmesan Cheese
200g Spinaci
100g Bread crumbs
80g Prosciutto crudo
80g Slides cheese
80 g Potatoes
1 Egg
2 Garlic cloves
2 tsp. Chili Powder
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1.Combine the ground turkey meat, bread crumbs, eggs, chili powder and salt very well—you’ll need your hands for the job—until you have an evenly amalgamated mixture. Form into an oval loaf.
2. Form in flat the meetloaf mixture
3. Layer the cheese, Prosciutto crudo and Spinach
4. Wrapped the meatloaf in a baking paper, seal like a candy roll leave for 15mins. in the fridge.
5. Grease the baking dish, place the loaf and put potatoes around the meatloaf
6. Put in the oven for 20 min on 180°C/200°F°C) until well brown
