I personally would pick the Omnitrix.

It literally turns you into the peak physical specimen of the species your alien form comes from. In layman's terms, you essentially become that alien race's equivalent to Captain America, if that makes any sense.

Add on to that, the Omnitrix has thousands upon thousands of different aliens you can transform into, each one with their own unique strengths and abilities that best fit a situation.

I mean, seriously, don't get me started on OP aliens like Alien X, Way Big, or Clockwork. Those guys are the GOATs of Ben 10's Omnitrix roster.

Also forgot to mention, the serum doesn't turn you into a Titan Shifter, just a pure titan. You'd need to eat a Titan Shifter to, at the very least, be able to transform back and forth.
