When Ariannita la gringa said "tactable", she may have meant tractable, that represents something easy to deal with or control according the Oxford English Dictionary. A Synonym for tractable is manageable.

A lot of these mistakes probably come from contact with Spanish. For example, in Spanish, the subject can be in any place in the sentence, when in English, outside of poetic usage, it must come before the verb. In English, we would say "The innocent person is me." In Spanish, we would say "La persona inocente soy yo" (The innocent person am I.)
