At 37:00 you said that for a square matrix the product of the singular values is equal to the product of the eigenvalues. The fact that you seemed to be stating it as "obvious" by not justifying it seemed to suggest you were claiming that for a square matrix the singular values *ARE* the eigenvalues. This is generally not the case.
