caster jun’s career in esports iirc started in 2000, which is the same year that the OnGameNet Starleague was formed and is considered the first year of korean esports. there is almost no one in esports who’s been around longer than him and is still so prominent and well known, perhaps no one at all

한국 이스포츠의 아버지, 한국 최고의 대학 서울대를 졸업하고 공부가 최고의 미덕이었던 그때당시 대한민국에서 게임이란 그저 어린애들 놀이, 혹은 일탈로 취급받던 시절. 전용준은 게임 캐스터로 진로를 정했다(참고로 한국에서 서울대 출신이면 그냥 어딜가든 대접받는다)

Caster Jun graduated Seoul University(it's Harvard of Korea). He could be do almost anything, but he gave his life for rise of e-sports. whether his broadcast is good or bad, I respect him.

The thing about him is he's passionate in terms of casting or hosting LCK, and you need to know even tho he's there for Faker since day 1, he's crying not only because of Faker but also because LCK as a whole still manage to get thru the finals with 4 LPL team on the front. He's dedication for LCK just shows there when he finally see an LCK, T1 manage to best 3 LPL team and get thru the finals right in their own soil. That I think is why Caster Jun cried at that moment. Nonetheless, he and CaptainFlowers are two of my favorite caster, those two just always sacrifice their throat and voice just to hype us in games. Both have dedication for the game and always give banger casting.
