If you didn't realize that MJF is one of the best wrestlers on the planet, he took an Avalanche styles clash, a poisonrana, and a standing Spanish Fly, did a coast to coast elbow drop, and that chain wrestling mat series. Not only is he one of the best talents on the mic, he's absolutely a world-class technical wrestler.
