Kurzweil K1000SE: Quick Look Inside a K1000 Synth

This is the first of a series exploring the K1000 synth. I received this synth from Luminous Polychem and he received it as part of a larger deal. The synth powers on (sorta), but does not boot. This video simply opens the case and takes a look around inside. We'll do more troubleshooting in future videos.
