After an associate asks for two days off, Louis' old habits resurface.

Season 07, Episode 01, Skin in the Game
Mike returns to Pearson Specter Litt as Harvey takes the reins. Louis manages the new class of associates, while Donna and Rachel find their places in the new world order.

Show Synopsis: "Suits" delves into the fast-paced, high-stakes world of a top Manhattan corporate law firm where hotshot associate Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht, “Love & Other Drugs”) makes a risky move by hiring Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams, “Old School”) a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout, as his associate. As he becomes enmeshed in this unfamiliar world, Mike relies heavily on the firm’s best paralegal Rachel (Megan Markle, “Horrible Bosses”) and Harvey's no-nonsense assistant Donna (Sarah Rafferty, “Brothers & Sisters”) to help him serve justice. With a photographic memory and the street smarts of a hustler, Mike proves to be a legal prodigy despite the absence of bonafide legal credentials.

After Jessica was gone, Louis’ banter was what made me not lose my sanity everytime Donna entered the scene.

Louis is a great boss because he's a master motivator. And he has a soft spot because he actually entertained the idea of 2 days off. Nothing more you can ask for in a boss.

In all fairness, Brian knew that his baby was coming. He should have given more than 2 days notice.

I mean he wasn’t completely wrong though his insecurities got the best of him. Brian should have told him months ago in advance because obviously he knew he was going to have a baby, he didn’t just find out 1 month ago lol. He asked Louis at the last minute.

EVEN IF Loius was searching for inspirations for Slumdog Millionaire, it'd be in India, not BD!
