Setup included rebuilt R154 with new input shaft, 3rd/4th slider, bearings, synchronizers, drift motion hard-anodized billet shift forks, Marlin crawler heavy duty bearing retainer and billet 1st gear thrust washer. Comes with custom adjustable short shifter, bellhousing, slave cylinder, throwout fork, throwout bearing, new pilot bearing, drift motion stage 3.5 clutch, drift motion lightweight aluminum flywheel, ARP pressure plate bolts, modified OEM trans crossmember, prothane polyurethane trans mount, crossmember drop spacers for correct driveshaft angle, 3" aluminum drift motion driveshaft, stainless clutch line, and OEM master cylinder.

Everything works great, as you can see.

When you where starting to move did the clutch chatter and driveshaft clang a little bit?

Why are people selling brand nee rebuilt r154s? Makes me not even want to grab one in the future. Are they really that bad of a trans?

can you tell how about the rpm / speed on each gear ?
specially on 5th gear on 74 mph and 80 mph

what diff you have so i can understand if i have the same because i am going to same setup
