ERROR 1962: No Operating System Fix

A short tutorial on one of the solution to fix error 1962. In my case this happened when I updated my lenovo desktop. Base on some research I had this is most often a problem of Lenovo models.

NOTE : For those who have windows 10, you don't have the CSM option and you don't need it to resolve the problem, all you got to do is change the boot option to UEFI and it'll work just fine.

I didn't fix it for me in Win 8. I got the error AFTER putting all my videos and pics into the PC and deleting them from my phone (y). This is THE THIRD time it died out of RANDOM[we had to fix 2 comps with the same error before under warranty] NEVER buy a Lenovo IT SUCKS. Thanks for trying tho.

Do I need to go to setup again after this?

At first I was happy that the operating system was finally loading, but after entering my password, the screen went completely black. I got worried again. I waited a long time until a message finally appeared saying that windows had found an error and had repaired it. Then it restarted the Windows normally.
My hard drive is damaged and needs to be replaced. Otherwise I will have problems again
