FGX Dry Coal Separator in Coal De-shaling

This dry Coal Preparation Plant is designed to produce clean coal,middling & reject. After being treated by dry coal processing system,the raw coal quality is greatly improved. This dry coal separation has been widely used in coal mining & coal washery to remove stone from raw coal,reduce sulfur and increase the calorific value.
1. Solve water problems,complete dry process;
2. Save transportation cost—coal deshaling,
3. Improve the raw coal quality with lower investment cost;
4. Investment cost is 1/4 of that coal wet washing plant,operating cost is USD 0.8/ton.
Thermal coal is treated directly and supplied to Eskom Wilge power station .
