Mouse pointer stuck on VirtualBox ? Here is the solution !!!

Let's see how to solve the mouse cursor stuck problem, that may appear while installing an OS on OracleVM virtualBox.
I have just created a virtual machine in the OracleVM virtual box to install the CentOS 8. During the installation process, when I got the first GUI and when clicked on a button, the mouse is released out of the installation screen and stuck there. unchecking 'guest additions' in vm creation process helped. Installed them later.
