If I run the 400c without a tank, will it damage the compressor it if I use a tire chuck without a pressure switch on the compressor?

Hi! Can you please give me your opinion? I'm looking for an "On-Board" air system: is this 400C (33% duty cycle!) enought to inflate all four 33" tyres one after another from 15psi to 30psi?...or do you recommend an air tank or even an 100% duty cycle compressor?

Thanks for the video. My cigarette lighter pumps won't even put any air in my 32s. Totally useless. Better off with a bicycle pump. I got a 480c with 1 gallon tank. Nice to see how good this works. What more can you ask for.
