I ride the Griffin at least 3 times every time I go to Busch Gardens. This ride was the king of the park back in like 2007.

Drops feel like nothing they just send shivers down your arms and legs for the first few seconds. Right after that it feels like nothing. If you are scared of coasters don't be, Its amazing and a fun experience. I faced my fear at SeaWorld on the kraken. Right after the ride I did not feel a single scary feeling on the ride, I learned I can handle WAYY worse rides. so if you're scared just get on.

As someone who is new to Coasters ( I had a fear of rollercoasters till this summer. I was able to beat my fear) I would say: depends on the drop height and what element is after.
