When you apply for credit online you do sign the contract electronically, most people don't read it because it's real small and long, and there is a check box for you to check letting them know you agree to it, don't assume it's just fine print...

I just got a letter from a creditor and they must be listening to your videos. This creditor sent me a 'pre-legal notification'. I went over the document with a fine tooth comb. Your information IS They had a whole lot of accurate information regarding the account, however the account number they listed that I had with the original creditor was incorrect. Also, they indicated on the letter that the original creditor CHARGED OFF the debt and they purchased the debt from them. They listed a whole bunch of instructions for different states, but said nothing about New Jersey. They did have listed something called an NMLS ID number. How do I find out if that number is legit and this company has the legal right to collect here in NJ?

I filled bankruptcy on a vehicle and when i did they put my motorcycle in with it since i was still paying on it but just found out it still shows on my credit that my motorcycle still has an open account with the finance company and says i have missed payments since last April i would be glad if i can get an hacker to wipe this off for me

November this year makes 2 years we have been gone.
Question to you is-what can we do and what should we not do?
Found out thru credit report we was in collections.
Have not spoke to anyone in collections or otherwise.

I received from LVNV a Motion for Summary Judment but the hearing was canceled due to some missing information. I called the civil court today but theres no pending upcoming hearing for the case #.... My question is ..What letter do i need to send ASAP to the LVNV lawyers to stop them from pursuing the debt?
