Luigi is basically the definition of "courage is not the absence of fear, but the will to fight that fear"

Mario is cool and all, but he has no weaknesses.
Luigi on the other hand is a coward who is constantly terrified. But, when everything goes wrong and all hope is lost, Luigi still steps up and saves the day, even if the option to run away is present. That's a really amazing quality. He loves his brother, and everyone around him. Luigi's Mansion 3 really highlights this. As he still stepped up, even without Elvin Gadd's help. He found the professor, rescued him, and despite Gadd telling him they had to escape, he went "I ain't leaving until I find my family and friends." and still explored this haunted hotel full of ghosts that wanted him dead.
Wow. Just wow. He is selfless and the the textbook definition of "Courage is not the absence of fear, but the will to fight that fear." as someone else said.

The song and visuals really highlight all that Luigi's going through. Like, as we're playing, we think of Luigi as the player character and the ghosts as the enemies, but... it's a man fighting his way through a mansion of his worst fears to save his bro.
