How to Pass The Real Estate Exam in 2024 (Guaranteed)

In this video, I will go through the best and easiest way to pass your real estate exam on the first try! These are the methods I used to pass my own real estate licensing exam, and I am confident that with these tips, you can VERY EASILY pass.

The common misconception that wastes a lot of time is that you need to read each and every word on the real estate course. This is false - I passed the test easily and I mostly skimmed the material. Now, reading the entire text will 100% help you pass the test, but it isn't the best use of your time. So hopefully that alone saves you 30+ hours on your course.

We'll talk about the best strategy to pass your real estate exam (using practice questions), study tips, what content to study, and how many hours per day to spend.

Honestly, the test is not too hard and if you study using this guide, I can pretty much guarantee you'll pass on the first try. This test is just like any other state exam - you can learn to take it, review practice questions that closely mimic the real exam, and understand how they word the questions.

Getting your real estate license is quite easy and you should be able to get it in most states in about 90 days!

Hope this video helps you out! I put a lot of effort into these videos to help you guys out, so please make sure to support my channel by liking and subscribing! Thank you.

VERY informative. Great video.

I started by meticulously going through each unit and it was absolutely impractical. Took WAY too long. Once I started skimming through the units, prioritizing summaries, and retaking the quizzes several times to fully exhaust the question pool, I excelled in my courses.

Thanks for this. I've been writing so many notes, I actually had numbness in my thumb and index finger. I had to rest my right hand a whole day for it to go away lol.

Being from California as well, your video really helps me. I’m using the realestate U program and it’s just so much information. I just started writing the key words and skipping through. I can’t wait to actually putting more time into the practice exams, cause that’s where I shine more and where I’ll dedicate most of my time. Thank you for your video.

Thank you so much Darren! That is actually what I started doing just going through the summary and quizes I just thought " shoot when am I going to be done with all these chapters? (: My gut told me just go through the summaries and quizes and you are all set" Glad to know I was right :) I'm in CA too :)

Love the video thank you! Would you happen to have a source for vocab? Also any advice on state specific exams? For example I’m taking my exam in CT not sure if there is some source I can find that gives me CT specific quizzes and vocab as well
