Ended up being a bit tougher than I expected. There's very few windows you can attack the boss without the potential for an unavoidable counter attack, so you have to pick your timings carefully. The slam attacks are usually pretty good, or the throwing magic attack is also decent. Second phase has more windows than the first, the two big attacks you can roll into the left can get some good hits. Otherwise for the first phase you want to roll to the right side, which forces the boss to back step or do the slower sweeping attack.

Game progression: I'll be progressing through the game naturally, trying to find all the side-dungeons and bosses along the way, and post them as I go. I won't be farming for levels or materials, but at the same time I won't be actively avoiding them to keep under level either. There may be some bosses I miss along the way and come back to later, or naturally I might end up stronger for some fights compared to others as I progress. I'll be uploading all bosses, so some will obviously be a lot easier than others. The strategies I show will work regardless of level or upgrades though, as shown by all the previous FromSoftware boss fights uploaded on the channel. Feel free to check those out too!

Repeat bosses: There's quite a few repeat bosses in different zones that are essentially the same fight, but I'll still be uploading each individual one to show the location of them. As I'll eventually have a no damage all bosses compilation, I want to include every single one, even if they are repeats. It does mean some will appear multiple times without significant differences to them, but I'd rather just have each of them individually on the channel to show the locations, rather than pick or choose a single one to upload and skip the rest.

Something small I think a lot of viewers might like is so put how long it took you to beat said boss and the number of tries, especially when some of the bosses you have beaten took me 3+ hours

Could you explain how the attack at 0:45 doesn't hit you? You seem to be inside the hitbox and you didn't jump or anything.

I think most of the difficulty is not the boss itself but the small areas they stick them in. Good job this is a tough fight.

This boss is the same as the one at windmill village, I did it on horseback with no damage easy. On a side note that starting boss, you can just jump on the tree on the right as the samurai and use the bow easy kill no damage

I've just beat him lvl 50 with uchigatana +11 after ~12h playing, so hard but so satisfying, my heart is beating like 200 bpm 😂
