When you're a doctor its your responsibility to just deal on facts. I get that he wants to help people. Hell now I'm obsessed with my poop, but I have a coworker that is obsessed with green coffee extra. She's spent so much money and she is not any thinner then when she started over 4 years ago.

Losing weight is not rocket science. Determine how many calories you need to maintain your current weight, then subtract 500 from that from your meal plans. Does that mean you have to count calories? To an extent. But how determined are you to lose a lb. a week just by doing the simple math and counting? Drink more water as well, since hydration is a key player in the body for your metabolism. Oh, and whatever any celebrity is endorsing, avoid it like the plague. They are being paid handsomely by the supplement companies to push their snake oils on the populace.

This may work, but my elderly mother start buying his recommended products. They had terrible business practices. Most were based in Vegas. Vegas is a very libertarian state that $ is king, regulations are low and call centers are temporary. Some, if not mist go bankrupt and reopen with another product and company name. He needs to research more and market less. Miracle should be for miracles! I died for 10 mins, I recovered. It was a miracle, DRs were baffled. That’s a miracle.. a hyped vitamin is a hyped vitamin. A placebo is a placebo. The tragedy is there might be something that is very helpful and this guy has claimed miracle like the boy who cried wolf.
